Credit Resets

When you hit your monthly limit:

  • Free users see upgrade prompt
  • Can still browse models and templates
  • Upgrade anytime to continue getting recommendations

Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Your Plan

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings
  2. See your current plan, credits used, and credits remaining
  3. View billing date and subscription status

Upgrading

From Free Tier:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Choose from 4 upgrade options:
    • Pro Lifetime ($99 - Launch Deal)
    • Starter Lifetime ($49 - Launch Deal)
    • Pro Monthly ($15/month)
    • Pro Annual ($150/year)
  3. Complete checkout via Stripe
  4. Instant access to new plan

From Lifetime Deal (Starter LTD or Pro LTD):

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Choose a recurring plan upgrade:
    • Pro Monthly ($15/month)
    • Pro Annual ($150/year)
  3. Complete checkout via Stripe
  4. You'll have BOTH your lifetime credits AND recurring credits

Changing Between Monthly ↔ Annual Plans:

If you have Pro Monthly and want Pro Annual (or vice versa):

  1. Option 1 - Cancel & Resubscribe:

    • Cancel your current plan (keeps access until period end)
    • Wait for billing period to end
    • Subscribe to new plan

  2. Option 2 - Contact Support:

    • Email hello@architectgbt.com
    • Subject: "Plan Change Request"
    • Include: Current plan → Desired plan
    • We'll handle the switch and any prorated charges/refunds
    • Processing time: 24-48 hours

Why can't I buy a second subscription? To prevent accidental double-charging, you can only have one active recurring subscription at a time. Lifetime deals are separate and can be combined with recurring plans.

Canceling Subscription

For Monthly/Annual Plans:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. You keep access until billing period ends
  5. Automatically downgraded to Free tier after period ends

Note: Lifetime deals cannot be canceled (one-time purchase, lifetime access).

Reactivating Canceled Subscription

If you canceled but want to continue:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Look for "Keep My Subscription" button
  3. Click to reactivate
  4. No billing - just continues your current plan

  • Emailed automatically after each payment
  • View history in Stripe customer portal
  • Download PDF invoices anytime

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. We'll email you
  2. Retry automatically (3 attempts)
  3. Subscription paused if all retries fail
  4. Update payment method in Settings

  4. Refund appears on your original payment method in 5-10 business days
